JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT Position: Coffee Q-Grader / Coffee Quality Control Specialist Company Name: COTTI COFFEE ETHIOPIA ONE MEMBER PLC Work Location: Akaki, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia COTTI COFFEE ETHIOPIA ONE MEMBER PLC is seeking a responsible, detail-oriented, and motivated individual to join our team as a Coffee Q-Grader / Coffee Quality Control Specialist .The successful candidate will be responsible for coffee sampling, quality testing, sample retention, and monitoring coffee loading and container stuffing processes to ensure that coffee quality and operational requirements are properly maintained. Key Responsibilities Conduct sampling for each batch of coffee received or prepared for shipment. Perform coffee quality assessments, cupping, and other relevant tests to ensure compliance with established quality standards. Properly label, record, and retain coffee samples for traceability and future reference. Monitor and follow up on coffee loading and container stuffing activities to ensure that the correct coffee batches are loaded and that quality requirements are met. Maintain accurate records of sampling, testing results, retained samples, and loading activities. Coordinate with relevant teams, suppliers, and logistics personnel to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Identify and report any quality issues or irregularities and assist in taking appropriate corrective actions. Perform other related quality control duties as assigned.
