Job Summary The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The HRBP acts as an employee champion and change agent, assessing and anticipating HR-related needs. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. Duties & Responsibilities Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance. SOP & ISO implementation. Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provide HR policy guidance. Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning. Identify training needs for teams and individuals. Evaluate training programs. Suggest new HR strategies. Have the responsibility to report problem(s) with regards to the FSMS to identified person(s)
