Junior System & Network Engineer Purpose of the Job: To support the installation, configuration, administration, monitoring, and maintenance of Nisir MFI’s IT infrastructure, including servers, operating systems, virtualization platforms, LAN/WAN, VPN connectivity, and network devices. The position assists in system and network troubleshooting, backup and disaster recovery operations, cybersecurity implementation, and infrastructure performance monitoring. The role also involves providing technical support to Head Office and branches, maintaining technical documentation, and collaborating with internal teams and external service providers to ensure secure, reliable, and uninterrupted IT services.
