Key Responsibilities Prepare, weigh, and arrange green coffee for roasting. Assist with roasted coffee handling, degassing, and storage. Support weighing, filling, sealing, labeling, and packaging of 250g Signature Roast pouches and other coffee products. Assist with loading, unloading, and movement of coffee bags and production materials. Support inventory handling, FIFO compliance, and internal coffee distribution. Maintain cleanliness of roasting equipment, packaging areas, and storage spaces. Assist in daily production documentation and material preparation.
