In the following position Senior Architect, Architect, Senior Contract Engineer, Junior Contract Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Sanitary Engineer, Senior Bid Organizer, Human Resources Officer Resident Engineer & Resident Engineer.Position Title: ArchitectLocation: Head Office, Addis AbabaEmployment Type: ContractExperience Required: Minimum 5 (Five) Years in a Consulting Role At-Con Engineering & Architecture Consultancy Plc. , a well-established and reputable consulting company based in Addis Ababa, is engaged in the design and supervision of civil engineering works , including roads, bridges, buildings, water supply systems, and other infrastructure projects. We are currently looking to hire One (1) qualified and experienced Architects. Key Responsibilities: Prepare architectural designs, drawings, and specifications in compliance with client requirements and standards. Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers for integrated project delivery. Supervise construction works to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards. Conduct site inspections, prepare reports, and resolve design-related issues during construction. Provide innovative, cost-effective, and sustainable design solutions. Prepare tender drawings, bills of quantities, and other technical documents for procurement. Participate in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews. Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and international standards. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and monitor progress to meet deadlines.
