Item Details Reports to General Manager / Head of Business Development Number required 1 Place of work Addis Ababa (Head Office), with field visits Employment type Permanent (after probation period) Salary Negotiable, plus benefits and performance incentive Job Summary The Marketing Officer is responsible for growing the company's client base and market share by identifying new business opportunities, promoting the company's security services, and building strong, long-term relationships with clients. Duties and Responsibilities Identify and approach potential clients (banks, hotels, industries, NGOs, embassies, government institutions, real estate, and others) Promote the company's guarding, manpower, and security solutions through visits, presentations, and meetings Prepare service proposals, quotations, and price offers for clients Follow up on tender announcements and support preparation of technical and financial bid documents Negotiate service terms and support contract signing and renewals Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, handle complaints, and retain contracts Conduct market research on competitors, pricing, and client needs, and recommend strategies Develop and implement monthly and annual marketing plans and sales targets Support company branding, profile distribution, and marketing materials (brochures, social media, events) Maintain a client database and prepare weekly and monthly marketing reports Perform other related duties assigned by the supervisor
