About the RoleTranssion Manufacturing PLC is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Logistics Officer to join our team in Addis Ababa.This position is ideal for a fresh graduate who is eager to begin a career in logistics, supply chain management, and business operations. The successful candidate will support daily logistics activities, inventory coordination, shipment tracking, documentation, and warehouse operations.Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating daily logistics and transportation activities. Support the receiving, storage, handling, and dispatch of goods. Monitor shipments and follow up on delivery schedules to ensure timely delivery. Prepare, organize, and maintain logistics documents, delivery notes, invoices, and shipment records. Assist in monitoring inventory levels and conducting regular stock checks. Coordinate with warehouse teams, suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments. Track incoming and outgoing goods and update inventory records accurately. Support import and export operations, including customs clearance documentation, when required. Assist in identifying and resolving delivery delays and inventory discrepancies. Maintain accurate records and prepare regular logistics reports. Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics policies. Perform other logistics-related duties as assigned.
