About this role

We Are Hiring: Senior Architectural Designer / Junior Architectural Designer Senior Architectural Designer Key Responsibilities Independently undertake architectural concept design, design development, and construction documentation. Review architectural drawings and technical documents, identify omissions, inconsistencies, and constructability issues, and propose practical solutions. Coordinate architectural design with structural, MEP, interior, façade, and landscape disciplines. Participate in technical meetings, resolve site queries, and review material selections and shop drawings. Guide junior designers and monitor the quality and timely delivery of design outputs. Qualifications and Requirements Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of relevant experience . Experience across the full project lifecycle, including construction documentation, is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit , with the ability to independently prepare construction drawings, develop architectural models, produce drawing sets, and maintain model updates. Working proficiency in Rhino for design development, massing studies, and complex architectural component modelling. Grasshopper skills are an advantage. Sound knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, and construction methods. Ability to interpret and apply relevant building codes, fire safety requirements, and accessibility standards. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple design tasks. Ability to read technical documents and drawings in English and communicate effectively in a professional environment. International project experience is preferred. Experience in BIM coordination, construction-stage support, design-build projects, or sustainable building design is an advantage. Junior Architectural Designer Key Responsibilities Assist senior designers with architectural concept design, design development, and construction documentation. Use AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino to prepare drawings, architectural models, and design presentations. Assist in preparing plans, elevations, sections, architectural details, and design notes. Revise drawings and models in response to review comments and check consistency across design documents. Support multidisciplinary coordination, site information compilation, and document revision control.
