Neumann Stiftung Ethiopia (HRNS Ethiopia) invites eligible and qualified suppliers to submit sealed bids for the printing of project communications and visibility materials described in this invitation. About the Organization Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung Ethiopia (HRNS Ethiopia) is the Ethiopian representative office of Hanns R. Neumann Stiftung. The organization works with smallholder farming communities, youth, women, farmer organizations, and local institutions to strengthen livelihoods and promote sustainable, resilient landscapes. Objective of the Procurement To engage a qualified supplier to print, produce, and deliver high-quality project communication materials to support our different levels of engagement. Scope of Supply and Minimum Technical Specifications The supplier shall produce/supply and deliver the items listed below. These are minimum requirements; bidders may offer higher-quality alternatives and must clearly identify any deviations. No. Item Minimum technical specifications 1 Roll-up Banner 5 Retractable roll-up banner stand with a stable, broad base and vertical support pole. Minimum visible printed graphic area: 85 cm wide × 200 cm high. High-resolution digital print on minimum 400 gsm PVC Vinyl banner material. Complete with protective carrying bag. Proofing: Banner materials must be approved before production. 2 Tri-Fold Brochure 500 Full-color, high-resolution printing. Minimum 200 gsm art paper with protective lamination. Standard tri-fold format with three properly proportioned panels. Clean trimming and accurate folding; no smudges or misalignment. Proofing: Printed proof must be approved before full print run. 3 A4 Brochure (flyer) 500 Full-color, high-resolution printing with professional finishing. 200 gsm art paper with glossy or matte finish. Proofing: A complete printed sample or proof must be approved before mass production 4 Water Bottle/Mug 100 Durable and high-quality stainless steel or equivalent food-grade material with robust construction, smooth finish, free from cracks, leaks, or sharp edges. Minimum capacity – 750ml. Double-wall vacuum insulation construction is preferred. Branding must use a durable method (UV printing, engraving, sublimation, or epoxy coating) that resists normal washing and peeling. Proofing: A physical branded sample must be submitted for evaluation along with the bid document. Note: Samples of previous work for the Trifold brochure, A4 Flyers, and water bottle are required to be submitted along with the bid document.
