They supervise and mentor junior staff, ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, and contribute to teaching, research, and multidisciplinary coordination. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care: Diagnose and treat adult patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. Emergency Services: Provide critical care and stabilization for life-threatening conditions. Supervision: Mentor general practitioners, residents, and nurses in internal medicine practice. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to clinical guidelines, patient safety, and ethical standards. Teaching & Training: Provide bedside teaching and lectures to medical staff and students.
