Senior Full Stack Developer

About this role

The senior full-stack developer designs, builds, and maintains NTPLC's internal web and mobile applications and integrations, connecting Odoo ERP, GPS/telematics, and other business systems. Key Duties and Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy secure web applications, portals, and internal tools across the front end and back end. Build and maintain REST APIs and integrations between Odoo ERP, GPS/fleet tracking, attendance, and third-party systems. Develop custom Odoo modules, reports, and dashboards in collaboration with the Odoo Functional Consultant. Design and optimize databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), queries, and data pipelines. Apply secure coding practices, code reviews, version control (Git), and CI/CD. Containerize and deploy applications on company servers or the cloud (Docker, Linux). Write technical documentation and support users on applications developed in-house. Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve performance and reliability.
