Company: London Delivery Network (LDN) Location: To be confirmed Working hours: UK business hours Salary: Competitive, based on experienceLondon Delivery Network is a UK logistics company seeking a capable and proactive Operations Controller to manage daily transport operations, coordinate drivers and maintain excellent customer service.This is not simply an administrative role. We need someone who can anticipate problems, make sensible decisions and take ownership without constant supervision. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily driver assignments, routes and availability. Monitor live collections and deliveries. Identify delays and service risks before customers raise them. Arrange driver cover and resolve operational problems. Provide customers with accurate, timely updates. Monitor transport management systems and ensure records are accurate. Investigate delivery exceptions, missing PODs and outstanding jobs. Escalate serious issues with clear facts and proposed solutions.
