Job Summary NLMC is seeking an experienced OR Nurse to support safe surgical procedures through effective perioperative nursing, sterile technique, and coordination with surgical and anaesthesia teams. Key Responsibilities Prepare operating rooms, instruments, equipment, and supplies. Perform scrub and circulating nurse duties according to competence and assignment. Maintain sterile technique and enforce infection prevention protocols. Assist surgical teams throughout operative procedures. Monitor surgical counts and ensure compliance with surgical safety checklists. Coordinate with surgeons, anaesthetists, and recovery staff. Maintain accurate perioperative documentation and ensure appropri
