IT Support Officer – CNET ERP V7 (POS )

We are seeking a qualified, motivated, and responsible IT Support Officer to support our CNET ERP V7 system, point-of-sale (POS) operations, and inventory management activities. The successful candidate will help ensure the smooth operation of our sales and inventory systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide timely IT support to shop employees across assigned shifts. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day technical support for the CNET ERP V7 system, including sales, POS, and inventory management modules. Ensure the proper functioning of POS terminals, barcode scanners, receipt printers, and other retail hardware. Troubleshoot ERP application errors, failed sales transactions, system access issues, and connectivity problems. Troubleshoot Windows operating systems, computer hardware, software installations, LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and internet connectivity. Provide technical support during system failures, network interruptions, and power outages, following established business procedures. Coordinate with ERP vendors, implementation consultants, and external IT service providers to resolve complex technical issues. Maintain records of IT incidents, troubleshooting activities, system changes, and shift handover reports. Work independently during assigned shifts to minimize system downtime and ensure uninterrupted shop operations.
