Job Summary NLMC is seeking an experienced Medical Ward Nurse to provide safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care to patients with medical conditions. Key Responsibilities Assess patients and monitor vital signs and clinical progress. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patients with acute and chronic medical conditions. Identify clinical deterioration and escalate concerns promptly. Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records. Educate patients and families on treatment, medication, and recovery. Follow infection prevention, medication safety, and patient care protocols.
