Key Responsibilities Assist the Roast Master in daily roasting operations according to approved profiles and production plans. Monitor roasting parameters and maintain accurate batch records. Record green and roasted coffee weights and calculate yield losses. Support quality control, cupping, and signature blend development. Assist with grinding, packaging verification, and inventory management. Ensure compliance with KOBA roasting SOPs and safety standards. Support specialty coffee preparation and customer engagement when required.
