Job Opportunity: Afaan Oromoo and Tigrigna Speaking Outbound Call Agents – Remote Contract Position. Our company is looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Call Agents for a short-term project. Job Requirements Must be a native Oromo (Afaan Oromoo) speaker and native Tigrigna speakers. Must be fluent in Amharic to communicate effectively with the team. Educational background: Grade 12 completion or a fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment Job Responsibilities Conduct outbound phone calls to respondents. Collect information by completing questionnaires over the phone. Communicate professionally and accurately with respondents. Employment Details Contract Duration: 1.5 months. Job Type: Contract-based. Work Arrangement: Remote.
