Assistant Cook Job Summary: Support the cook in preparing ingredients, preparing meals, organizing the kitchen, and maintaining food hygiene standards. Key Responsibilities: Wash, peel, chop, and prepare ingredients. Assist with cooking and meal preparation as instructed. Organize kitchen utensils, ingredients, and equipment. Maintain cleanliness of workstations and kitchen surfaces. Follow food safety and hygiene procedures. Assist with food storage and stock rotation. Support timely preparation and service of meals.
