Ensue customer satisfaction by conducting maintenance and repair of refrigerator, draft dispensing machine or equipment to ensure the proper service operation based on the Workshop procedures and manufacturer resources usage instructions and from efficiency, quality, cost/budget parameters perspective. Distinguish defects on all types of refrigerators and dispensing equipment based on manufacturer/ Workshop SOPs to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects.
