Key Responsibilities Supporting HK Teams : Transporting, organizing, and restocking housekeeping carts with fresh towels, linens, and guest amenities. Deep cleaning: Assist room attendants by vacuuming floors, polishing furniture, cleaning glass, and keeping shared corridors immaculate. Restocking: Routinely replenish amenity stocks and bathroom essentials across designated building levels. Asset maintenance: Keep close track of physical cleaning tools and document facility damages for management attention right away. Guest care: Provide warm, professional customer service while respecting strict tenant’s information confidentiality.
