Management and Finance Hotel Manager Job Summary: Oversee the hotel’s daily operations, coordinate departments, manage staff, and ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure all departments function efficiently. Supervise staff performance and coordinate departmental activities. Develop and implement operational procedures and service standards. Monitor revenue, expenses, occupancy, and overall business performance. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest complaints professionally. Manage staff schedules, performance evaluations, and training. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety standards, and applicable regulations. Prepare operational reports and recommend improvements.
