We are looking for a technically competent Electrical Engineer to support solar system design, site surveys, equipment sizing, installation supervision, and technical service delivery. Job Purpose To assess customer energy requirements, design and size appropriate solar systems, prepare technical specifications and BOQs, coordinate equipment allocation, and supervise installation, testing, and commissioning. Key Responsibilities Conduct site surveys and assess customer energy needs, electrical loads, and installation conditions. Calculate power demand, daily energy consumption, and estimated solar generation. Size solar panels, inverters, batteries, solar pumps, cables, protection devices, and accessories. Prepare technical designs, single-line diagrams, equipment specifications, installation plans, and BOQs. Quantify required materials and coordinate with procurement, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure accurate allocation and dispatch. Provide technical input for quotations, tenders, and customer proposals. Supervise installation teams and contractors to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with applicable standards. Conduct testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance verification. Provide technical guidance to sales and customer service teams. Prepare site survey, installation, maintenance, and technical performance reports.
