Food and Beverage Department 7. Cook Job Summary: Prepare and present high-quality meals in accordance with the hotel’s menu, food safety requirements, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook meals according to the approved menu and recipes. Maintain consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portion sizes. Ensure proper food storage, labeling, and stock rotation. Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation. Monitor ingredients and inform management about stock requirements. Follow food safety and hygiene procedures. Minimize food waste and ensure efficient use of ingredients. Coordinate with service staff to ensure timely meal preparation.
