About this role

Job Responsibilities Take overall responsibility for project delivery management, including project planning, progress control, cost control, quality management, and risk management, ensuring on-time and on-quality project delivery. Manage project stakeholders, including customers, subcontractors, and internal teams; organize project kick-off, regular review meetings, and project acceptance to ensure smooth communication and alignment of expectations. Develop and maintain the project implementation plan and budget, monitor project milestones and deliverables, and coordinate resources to resolve delivery bottlenecks and issues in a timely manner. Control project risks and changes, identify potential risks in advance, formulate mitigation measures, and ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction. Responsible for team building, skill transfer, and knowledge accumulation (including local employee cultivation and personnel echelon building) within the project team.
