CUSTOMER SUCCESS AND DEPLOYMENT OFFICER Job Title: Customer Success and Deployment Officer Commission: Performance-based incentives Working Days: Monday – Saturday (6 days per week) Working Hours: 8 hours per day JOB OVERVIEW We are looking for a proactive, organized, and results-oriented Customer Success and Deployment Officer to coordinate candidate mobilization, documentation, training, visa follow-up, and travel arrangements, ensuring timely and efficient deployment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Mobilize and communicate with candidates throughout the deployment process. Manage candidate profiles, documents, ERP registration, and deployment trackers. Coordinate training, visa processing, documentation, and flight arrangements. Work closely with Customer Service and overseas liaison officers to meet deployment targets. Monitor progress, resolve operational delays, and prepare regular performance reports. Support daily task coordination and maintain accurate, confidential records. COMPENSATION & WORKING CONDITIONS Net Salary: ETB 20,000 – 30,000 per month Incentives: Performance-based commission Schedule: Monday – Saturday (6 days per week, 8 hours per day)
