Junior System & Network Engineer Junior IT Help Desk Officer Purpose of the Job: Provide first-level technical support to Nisir MFI’s Head Office and branches. The position involves installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting computers, printers, scanners, operating systems, and other IT equipment. The role also includes resolving user-reported hardware, software, network connectivity, and Core Banking System (CBS) access issues, managing IT service requests, escalating complex technical problems, and maintaining IT asset inventories and support documentation to ensure efficient and uninterrupted IT services.
