About this role

Main Duties & Responsibilities Make a working schedule. Annual leave planning and following up on sick leaves. Create and maintain good working atmosphere and ethics to support the business. Together with the W&L Manager review of staff’s performance. Responsible for error free stock recording. SOP & ISO implementation Check work of storekeepers. Unannounced counting’s during the month. Together with finance, lead the monthly counting. Reconciliation of stock differences. Responsible for crate control in Dire Dawa Location. Comes with and implements improvement ideas within the department and with the up-and downstream departments (plan/do/check/act) Daily Follow up and report of Stock Balance Have the responsibility to report problem(s) with regards to the FSMS to identified person(s)
