Cloud Core engineer

About this role

Job Responsibilities Travel to the frontline as a cloud core delivery technical engineer (TE/TL/TD/SA) to take charge of onsite or remote delivery of cloud core CS/UDM/EPC/5GC/ projects, including network design. Installation and deployment. Interconnection commissioning. Cutover, upgrade and expansion; Provide technical assurance for the onsite delivery of cloud core product and solution projects, identify and resolve delivery risks and issues, and undertake key project responsibilities, including but not limited to pre-sales service contract support, technical management organization operation, technical solution development, technical issue and risk management, and technical change. System optimization and major assurance. Be responsible for customer support in SLA, including parameter configuration, tariff policy adjustment, patch upgrade, version iteration, service cutover, and regression verification. Strictly control change risks to ensure zero impact on services. Take part in customer training, skill transfer to internal employees, and knowledge accumulation (including local employee cultivation and personnel echelon building) in the project team or team. Fully communicate with the customer during delivery/SLA project and be responsible for successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
