The senior fleet analyst turns GPS, trip, fuel, and financial data into clear fleet performance reports and recommendations that improve utilization, cost, and profitability. Key Duties and Responsibilities Analyze fleet performance, productivity, and vehicle utilization. Monitor KPIs, including truck availability, utilization, turnaround time, fuel consumption, and delivery performance. Analyze transport revenue, operating costs, and fleet profitability by truck, route, and customer. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet performance reports and dashboards. Analyze GPS tracking, trip records, fuel data, and vehicle movement information. Identify inefficiencies, performance gaps, and cost-saving opportunities. Conduct trend analysis and provide data-driven recommendations to management. Coordinate with Operations, Fleet Dispatch, Maintenance, and Finance to improve fleet performance.
