The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting company products, generating sales, and ensuring excellent customer service at the company's sales outlets. Key Duties and Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide accurate information about the company's products and services. Promote and sell company products to achieve assigned sales targets. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products. Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and other sales documents as required. Maintain accurate records of daily sales and customer transactions. Ensure proper display, handling, and presentation of products at the sales outlets. Follow up with customers to maintain good relationships and encourage repeat business. Coordinate with the sales team, warehouse, and finance department to ensure smooth sales operations. Monitor product availability and report stock shortages to the concerned department. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally. Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to the immediate supervisor. Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the supervisor.
