In Ethiopia, Project HOPE works with government institutions, development partners, local organizations, and communities to strengthen health systems and access to essential services. Project HOPE Ethiopia intends to commission two distinct audiovisual products. The first is an animated video for the Pathways Conference, focused on reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH), and on understanding the diverse needs and barriers experienced by women and families. The second is a documentary marking ten years of Project HOPE Ethiopia, tracing its growth from a small team working in borrowed office space to an established country office with more than 100 employees. Both productions should reflect Project HOPE’s commitment to people-centered storytelling, credible information, and meaningful health impact. Purpose of the Assignment To engage a qualified audiovisual production company to conceptualize, script, produce, edit, and deliver a Pathways Conference animated video and a Project HOPE Ethiopia 10th anniversary documentary. The two products have separate objectives, audiences, and creative approaches. Objectives 3.1 Pathways Conference Animated Video Introduce the Pathways initiative and its relevance to RMNCH in Ethiopia. Illustrate the varied experiences, needs, and barriers affecting women and families. Explain the value of audience segmentation and evidence-informed approaches.
