Job Description Evaluate the aroma, flavor, acidity, body, and overall quality of coffee samples using standard cupping procedures. Conduct coffee cupping sessions and prepare accurate cupping reports. Identify coffee defects and recommend quality improvements. Classify and grade coffee according to company and industry standards. Maintain cupping equipment and ensure cleanliness of the cupping laboratory. Keep accurate records of cupping results and quality assessments. Support quality assurance activities throughout the coffee supply chain. Number of Positions: 4
