Junior Human Resource officer (Performance Management & Talent Development Officer)

About this role

Assist in implementing the organization's performance management policies, procedures, and systems. Support the preparation and implementation of annual and quarterly employee performance plans. Assist departments and work units in developing individual and team performance objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Monitor and follow up on the implementation of employee performance plans. Collect, review, and consolidate employee performance evaluation results. Assist in identifying performance gaps and recommending improvement measures. Maintain and update employee performance management records and databases. Support the preparation of periodic performance management reports.
