Job Title: Sales Officer Department: Sales Officer Reports to: Sales Manager Job Summary: OLY Technologies is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented female candidate for the role of Sales . This role involves accurately recording sales data in our ERP system while handling customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills and will play a key role in identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: Customer Service Assistance: Support client inquiries and ensure excellent customer relations and ensure client satisfaction. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the printing and technology sector. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers. Customer Needs Assessment: Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions using our products and services. Product Presentations: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our solutions. Sales Target Achievement : Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies. Proposal & Contract Preparation : Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and contracts to clients. Sales Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain sales records in OLY’s ERP system. Coordination: Serve as a point of contact between the sales, finance, and management teams. Marketing Collaboration : Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Industry Awareness: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to refine sales strategies. Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report progress to management. Working Conditions: Work Environment: Office-based role with collaboration with internal teams. Work Tools: Use OLY’s ERP system to track sales data, reports, and customer interactions. Work Hours: Full-time, standard office hours with occasional flexibility if needed.
