Recently our company is to join the furniture manufacturing sector on its own facility located in Nifasilk sub city around Hanna Maryam. Our company therefor would like to hire qualified applicants on the following positions. Human resource manager Job purpose To manage recruitment, employee administration, attendance, performance, employee relations and workplace administration so our company has the right people in the right positions. Key responsibilities Designing and assuring the implementation of work policies and procedures Recruitment and workforce planning. Maintaining Employee records and administration. Manage Attendance, leave and overtime. Manage Payroll coordination and benefits. Measure and follow up Performance. Initiate Training and workforce development. Develop efficient HR systems and reporting framework.
