We are seeking a creative, proactive, and commercially minded Marketing Officer to expand brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth. Job Purpose To plan and implement marketing activities that increase product awareness, generate sales opportunities, develop new markets, and strengthen GUGU PLC's position in Ethiopia's solar energy sector. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns for solar products and installation services. Conduct market research to identify customer segments, market demand, competitor activities, and expansion opportunities. Promote solar solutions to households, businesses, farmers, institutions, contractors, and other potential customers. Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, online advertising, and website content. Prepare product catalogues, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials. Organize product demonstrations, exhibitions, customer awareness events, and promotional campaigns. Build relationships with distributors, business partners, and relevant stakeholders. Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into customers. Monitor campaign performance, customer engagement, lead generation, and marketing expenditure. Prepare regular marketing reports and recommend improvements.
