Job Description Plan the department’s annual plan; monitor and support staff under one’s supervision in the preparation of their own plans; oversee, support, and evaluate work performance; and ensure that any challenges encountered are resolved or corrected, Compile periodic reports and submit them to the relevant authority, Provide on-the-job training to subordinate staff, Ensure that all necessary equipment is properly prepared before the palm oil offloading process begins; Monitor and verify that staff—including service vehicle drivers, security personnel, cleaners, maintenance workers, and gardeners—are providing the required service, Provide solutions for any problems encountered within the scope of general services operations, Managing the dispatch of service vehicles and monitoring the status of dispatch operations, Facilitating the preparation of light vehicles to ensure they are ready for service, Handling transport requests submitted by various work units.
