EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) Registration of contractors for future construction projects of Gift Real Estate PLC. 1. Background & Introduction Gift Real Estate PLC is one of the leading real estate developers in Ethiopia, having successfully managed and executed numerous high-rise apartment blocks and mixed-use residential developments across various strategic locations in Addis Ababa.To ensure the seamless and efficient execution of our upcoming construction developments, Gift Real Estate S.C. wishes to establish an updated, structured Contractor Database Pool . 2. Purpose of this EOI We invite qualified, experienced, and dynamic General Contractors (GC), Building Contractors (BC), and Specialized Trade Sub-Contractors to submit their company profiles and operational credentials. By registering in our database pool, pre-qualified contractors who meet the company's technical and financial requirements will be shortlisted and directly invited to participate in upcoming bidding/tendering opportunities as new construction projects and packages open up. 3. General Requirements & Eligibility Interested contractors should provide details regarding: Valid Trade License & Construction Registration Grade (GC / BC / Specialized Work). Technical capability and history in high-rise structure construction. Operational equipment availability (heavy machinery, tower cranes, gondolas, formwork systems, etc.). Agreement to commercial and cash-flow terms, including deferred payment arrangements for certified IPCs. Submission of essential qualification documents (License Certificates, Company Profile, and Key Personnel details).
