Job Summary NLMC is seeking an experienced Paediatric Nurse to provide safe, developmentally appropriate, and family-centred nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents. Key Responsibilities Assess paediatric patients and monitor vital signs, growth, and clinical progress. Administer age-appropriate medications and treatments safely. Identify warning signs and escalate deteriorating conditions. Assist paediatricians with clinical procedures and patient management. Educate parents and caregivers on treatment, medication, nutrition, and recovery. Maintain accurate paediatric records and follow infection prevention protocols. Promote child safety, comfort, dignity, and family involvement
