Field Sales Representative (Jigjiga)

About this role

We are looking for a competitive Field Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. Submitting and processing orders to ensure customers receive the products they request on time. Visiting clients and potential clients within an assigned sales area to evaluate needs or promote products and services as per management direction. Maintaining client records. Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability. Collect customer feedback and provide updates to senior management. Utilizing outbound telephone calls, email communications, and face-to-face meetings with customers to close sales. Onboard and retain customers, Developing and sustaining long-term relationships with customers. Implementing a sales management process to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
