This role requires a dynamic professional with a strong marketing background, client acquisition expertise, and strategic vision within the healthcare/beauty sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to attract and enroll prospective students across basic, advanced, and specialized aesthetic tracks. Design and implement digital marketing strategies (social media management, content creation, targeted ads, website oversight, and promotional events). Establish strategic business partnerships with clinics, dermatologists, beauty parlors, medical professionals, and corporate stakeholders. Conduct market research to identify trends, pricing models, and new growth opportunities within the aesthetic and wellness industry. Build and manage corporate sponsorship programs and professional network referrals. Track, analyze, and report on key sales performance indicators (KPIs), ROI on marketing spending, and enrollment numbers.
