Company over view Friendship Business Group plc. has been engaged in divers business portfolio for the last 35 years including Real-estate development, Hotel ,supermarket, and furniture importing and supplying. Recently our company is to join the furniture manufacturing sector on its own facility located in Nifasilk sub city around Hanna Maryam. Our company therefor would like to hire qualified applicants on the following positions. Marketing Manager Job purpose Plans, Develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives to build brand awareness generate qualified needs and drive business growth. Key responsibilities Develop and implement marketing and sales plans aligned with business goals and Strategy. Identify and approach hotels, restaurants, developers, contractors, offices, architects, designers, Event organizers, wedding planers and residential clients to acquire wood works, furniture & furnishing works and decoration works etc. Maintain a sales pipeline and customer database. Prepare quotations and proposals with design, costing and technical teams. Manage negotiations within approved pricing and commercial rules. Coordinate complete order information and handover to design, costing, production planning, delivery and installation. Coordinate product catalogues, photography, digital content, promotional materials and presentations. Monitor sales performance at all of the company sales outlets and lead conversion. Handle customer follow-up and coordinate resolution of complaints. Submit weekly pipeline updates and monthly marketing and sales reports.
