Company overview Friendship Business Group plc. has been engaged in divers business portfolio for the last 35 years including Real-estate development, Hotel ,supermarket, and furniture importing and supplying. Recently our company is to join the furniture manufacturing sector on its own facility located in Nifasilk sub city around Hanna Maryam. Our company therefor would like to hire qualified applicants on the following positions. Senior Accountant Job purpose Maintain accurate accounting records and provide timely, decision-useful financial and cost information. Establish and operate a practical manufacturing cost accounting system that captures materials, labor and production overhead by product, job order or project, supports inventory control and helps management price products profitably Key responsibilities Maintain general ledger, monthly accounts, reconciliations and financial reports. Calculate product and job costs, including direct materials, labor and manufacturing overhead. Maintain and review BOMs, standard costs and cost sheets with production and technical teams. Track raw materials, work in progress and finished goods; reconcile accounting and store records. Analyze material usage, purchase price, labor, scrap, rework and overhead variances. Prepare budgets, forecasts, profitability analysis and monthly management reports. Support quotations with reliable costing and gross-margin analysis. Coordinate tax records, audit schedules and statutory accounting duties. Strengthen internal controls, documentation and financial processes.
